hygiene and personal care products, our refund and return policies are designed to maintain strict
medical and safety standards while ensuring a fair experience for our customers.
2. 7-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-Day Return and Replacement Window starting from the date of package delivery. You
are eligible for a full refund or free replacement under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The item is completely unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
You report the issue within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
To prevent cross-contamination and ensure health safety, the following items cannot be returned or
refunded once opened:
Opened or unsealed disposable bags, hygiene kits, or medical care products.
Products damaged due to improper storage or customer mishandling after delivery.
Important Safety Note: Any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned under any
circumstances due to strict medical hygiene regulation•
4. How to Request a Return / Refund
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, follow these simple steps:
Take clear photos/videos showing the damaged item and original outer packaging.
Contact our customer support team via Email or WhatsApp with your Order ID.
Our support team will inspect the request and guide you through the return or replacement process
within 24–48 hours.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or
JazzCash within 3–5 business days after approval.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7
business days.
