If we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 business days.

Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–2 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number.

The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. Please ensure you provide a complete address and reachable contact number for smooth delivery.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages

HS Surgical is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if incorrect address details were provided.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
